Customs Clearance

Operating from our head office in Melbourne, we can clear all your import consignments arriving into any port in Australia. We have three fully licensed and AQIS-accredited customs brokers, who are supported by our multi-talented customs clerks. We use industry-leading software to communicate with Customs and AQIS electronically, allowing us to clear your cargo efficiently with automatic updating of your cargo’s status.

Insurance

All importers and exporters should ensure their cargo is adequately insured. We can arrange insurance on your behalf with our insurance partner, Hiscock Insurance Brokers, either for your individual consignments, or as an annual policy.
